Security of your information is critically important for us and we have deployed several measures in order to make sure that your data is safe with us.

Our servers are located in state-of-the-art data centers, which use biometric authentication, key card access controls, and constant video surveillance to protect the servers that store customer data. The data center also has a Network Operations Center (NOC) that is staffed 24/7.

• Server redundancy. Our infrastructure is fully redundant and scalable and no matter how many simultaneous users you need, we can cope with it
• Monitoring. We monitor various indicators 24/7 and we are alerted immediately whenever an issue occurs

The following processes have been put into place to protect your data from unwanted third parties:

• Application design. We've designed the system from the ground up with security in mind. By applying best practices in web application security, we prevent critical vulnerabilities.
• SSL. We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect information as it travels between the customers browser and DeepKnowledge. Please note that the SSL option is default if you chose a standard sub-domain name, and optional in case of custom domain name.
• Strong encryption. Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) for sensitive information
• Firewall. Our application, including our customers' data, sits behind a firewall.
• Vulnerability scanning. Our servers are scanned regularly for vulnerabilities by a reputable third party anti-malware and anti-viruses
• Intrusion detection. Our servers and all traffic are monitored by an intrusion detection system (IDS).

An efficient backup strategy is in place to make sure you never lose your data. Copies are taken offline and off-site to make sure there is always a restore point.

DeepKnowledge software is hosted with Rackspace®. Rackspace® is SAS70 Type II compliant, and is Safe Harbor certified.
